Service types

Pedal Me has six different types of service:

• Cargo - movement of goods or any item with our cargo bike. This has a maximum load size of 150kg
• Small Cargo - movement of goods or any item with our cargo bike. This has a maximum load size of 40kg, and must be carriable with other items onboard. 
• Tiny Cargo - movement of single item with our cargo bike. This has a maximum load size of 12kg, and must be carriable with other items onboard. 
• Micro Cargo - movement of small single item with our cargo bike. This has a maximum load size of 6kg, and must be carriable with other items onboard. 
• Passenger - movement of up to 2 adults. We can also transport one adult and two younger children
• Trailer - movement of bulky or heavier items. This has a maximum load size of 250kg when split between our cargo bike and the trailer

These services can be booked as:

• ASAP - The rider will be dispatched to you as soon as possible. If we can't get a rider to you within 60 minutes, then this option will not be available
• Scheduled - You can make a booking for anytime over 60 minutes in the future. If you give us more notice then your job will be cheaper, as well as if you give us more flexibility in pickup and dropoff times.
